“Christ Alone” by Michael Wittmer

Michael Wittmer, professor of theology at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, has provided the first published response (that I’m aware of) to Rob Bell’s book, Love Wins.

The book is titled, Christ Alone: An Evangelical Response to Rob Bell’s Love Wins (Grand Rapids: Edenridge Press, 2011).

Dr. Wittmer is also the author of Heaven is a Place on Earth and Don’t Stop Believing. The preface is contributed by Michael Horton, professor of theology and author of many books, including Christless Christianity, and The Christian Faith: A Systematic Theology for Pilgrims on the Way.

The book was released last week. I received my copy on Monday and I am nearly finished with it [review to follow].

More information about the book, including many excerpts, can be found at the book’s website: www.christalonebook.com.
